- Arranging initial in-office consultation
- Scheduling all appointments
- Arranging teleconferences with other professionals
- Setting up business consultation - onsite or in my office
- Answering questions regarding your concerns about psychotherapy
- Providing information and referrals for other mental health facilities or professionals
